据凤凰网等报道，预计美国总统拜登将在本星期宣布，大幅提高部分中国商品的关税，具体有哪些呢？而且负责此事的老熟人耶伦的表态更是搞笑，说期望中国不要做出重大反应。

The detection of BA.2.75 has led scientists across the globe to dive deep into the research to learn more about the new variant and the possibility of another COVID wave.,In India, the BA.5 sub-variant has been detected in the states of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Telangana, Delhi, Haryana, Gujarat, and the Ladakh union territory as well.,WHO Chief Scientist Soumya Swaminathan said in a video posted on Twitter that there has been an emergence of a sub-variant called the BA.2.75, "first reported from India and then from about 10 other countries.",Swaminathan said there are still limited sequences available of the sub-variant to analyze, "but this sub-variant seems to have a few mutations on the receptor-binding domain of the spike protein. So obviously, that's a key part of the virus that attaches itself to the human receptor.","So we have to watch that. It's still too early to know if this sub-variant has properties of additional immune evasion or indeed of being more clinically severe. We don't know that," she added.,Last week, Dr. Shay Fleishon, an Israeli scientist, claimed that a new coronavirus variant had hit 10 Indian states and sparked concerns of a fourth wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.,The current daily positive test rate is, however, is around 4.32 percent, down from around 16-17 percent in January 2022, the peak of the first Omicron wave.。这咱们得说道说道。

所以说这个心态啊！真还当自己是原来的那个霸主，中国还是昔日的吴下阿蒙。所以我欺负你，你也别喊太大声啊！真的是呵呵了。因为耶伦就表示，美国的关税都是有针对性，是以更具战略性的方式重新配置前总统特朗普实施的关税。美国针对中国产能过剩的行动是有针对性的，而非广泛性的。这一是说给欧盟等盟友听，说你看我现在加税可跟之前特朗普那样不分敌友的全杀可不一样啊！我这次就是针对中国，所以你们都放心，咱们是一边的，一起对付中国。二也是给中国听，就是你看我只针对那几个我认为有问题的产业行业，不是全部的行业，所以咱们双方其他该做买卖还继续做哈。真的是既要又要还要啊……这美国真算对得起自己这个名字，什么美？想的美！

而且咱们也可以说基本是提前预判到了美国这一箭射向哪儿。比如说重中之重，就是要针对咱们的新能源等高科技产业，其中明确的是电动车的税率将从27.5%提升至102.5%，直接翻了3倍，抢劫也不过如此了吧。

E | 而且这完全就是欲加之罪。咱们汽车协会就表示，美国夸大了中国新能源汽车行业产能过剩，和所谓国家安全的担忧，是典型的贸易保护主义。而且美国说的好，只针对中国，可现在咱们中国的产业链在上下游都是很有影响力的，全球化的这种分工很难把一个产业或某个环节给单独拎出来。

咱们就拿美国最关注的这个新能源汽车举例，现在欧洲的很多厂商都和中国有合作，比如大众就和咱们的小鹏就是绑定很深的战略合作。你现在针对中国所有的电动车必然包含小鹏，那么大众也得跟着吃挂落。

F | 你说欧洲能没意见么？还有就是特斯拉，虽然美国也有生产，但是产能大户是中国，将来你要征高关税的话，你国内需要特斯拉还要中国的么？这都是问题。所以其实美国现在调门喊这么高也是有实有虚，实的是要针对咱们，虚的是想在谈判桌上提高要价。这套玩得太多以至于咱们都很明白了。

而且既然都是意料之中的事儿，相关的应对措施咱们也准备好了。比如咱们相关的龙头企业，像比亚迪、蔚来等早就开始布局，压根也不在乎美国的市场，因为美国在新能源这块的市场份额也不大，相关技术储备也没那么足，加上你美国再这么搞一下中国，以后这方面就更别一起玩了。

所以，这些新能源车只会另寻欧洲、拉美等市场，东西都不卖了，更不要说什么赴美建厂来逃避关税啥的。这样美国想借关税逼着相关资本和制造业回流的计划也就落空了，所以根本不用担心。这还不算咱们手握的几个制裁美国的命门产业和行业。所以关税战也好，贸易战也罢，你要战，我便战！咱们又不是第一次交手了，上次的战绩还历历在目，看来美国是好了伤疤忘了疼了！
