一 | नई दिल्ली। एलिमनी और दहेज को लेकर सोशल मीडिया में आए दिन डिबेट होती है। यूजर्स अक्सर यही कहते हैं कि अगर दहेज लेना गलत है, तो एलिमनी लेना भी सही नहीं है। हालांकि दहेज लेना गैरकानूनी है, वहीं एलिमनी कानूनी तौर पर अधिकार माना जाता है।,लोगों के मन में अक्सर ये कन्फ्यूजन रहती है कि एलिमनी केवल महिलाओं को ही अधिकार देता है। पुरुषों को ऐसा कोई अधिकार नहीं मिला है, लेकिन ये पूरी तरह से गलत है। आइए जानते हैं कि इसे लेकर कानून क्या कहता है। भारत में हिंदू विवाह अधिनियम 1995 की धारा 24 और 25 के तहत ये कहा गया है कि तलाक के दौरान पति या पत्नी दोनों में से कोई भी कोर्ट से एलिमनी के पैसे को लेकर अनुरोध कर सकता है।,इसका अर्थ हुआ कि इस नियम के दौरान किसी भी तरह का लिंग निरपेक्ष नहीं किया गया है। इसका अर्थ ये भी हुआ कि सिर्फ महिलाएं नहीं, पुरुष भी एलिमनी के पैसे की मांग कर सकते हैं। अगर पति कोर्ट में ये प्रूफ कर दें कि वे आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर है और उसकी पत्नी ज्यादा सक्षम है तो उसे एलिमनी के पैसे मिल सकते हैं। पहले के जमाने में बहुत कम महिलाएं ही आर्थिक रूप से सक्षम थी। वे घर परिवार को संभालने का काम करती थी। लेकिन समय के साथ महिलाएं आर्थिक रूप से सक्षम बनी। वहीं कई जगह उच्च पद हासिल किया।,इसलिए उसे समय तलाक के दौरान ज्यादातर महिलाएं ही पति से एलिमनी की मांग रखती थी। ताकि उन्हें आर्थिक रूप से किसी तरह की परेशानी न हो। अब लेकिन महिलाएं भी उतनी ही सक्षम है, जितने पुरुष। इसलिए एलिमनी को लेकर आए दिन मुद्दा छिड़ता है। ,यह भी पढ़ें- पहले सोशल मीडिया पर पति को दिया तलाक, अब रैपर से की सगाई; कौन हैं दुबई की खूबसूरत शहजादी?。 China strongly deplores Japan's negative moves related to the Yasukuni war shrine, and has lodged serious protests against Japan, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson said in a statement on Saturday regarding Japanese politicians paying respects to the Yasukuni War Shrine which honors Class-A war criminals.
During WWII, Japan launched the war of aggression and committed horrendous crimes. The Yasukuni war shrine is a spiritual tool and symbol of Japanese militarism. It is in fact a shrine for war criminals, as it honors 14 convicted Class-A war criminals responsible for the war of aggression, according to the statement.
No pretext whatsoever can hide the Japanese politicians' true intention which is to change the verdict on the war criminals, cover up Japan's war crimes, distort the historical facts, and pave the way for accelerating remilitarization, the statement noted.
"This is an affront to historical justice, a challenge to the foundational norms of civilization, and a provocation against the postwar international order. Such behaviors have been firmly rejected by the overwhelming majority of the international community," read the statement.
This year marks the 80th anniversary of the opening of the Tokyo Trials. To view and treat history correctly is an important prerequisite for Japan's postwar return to the international community, the political foundation for Japan's ties with neighboring countries, and more importantly, a key measure for Japan's commitment to peaceful development, the statement said.
"We urge the Japanese side to do serious soul-searching on its history of aggression, make a clean break with militarism, and earn trust from its Asian neighbors and the rest of the world with concrete actions," the spokesperson said.
