C | 女子组同样上演了"自我超越"。次仁措姆以1小时18分36秒夺冠，将原赛会纪录1:19:01大幅刷新。男子亚季军分别为大扎西次仁（1:08:28）和旺唐珠杰（1:08:59）；女子亚军珞玛次仁（1:20:55）、季军旦增曲珍（1:21:11）。焦安静获得第四名女子组中，最受全国跑友关注的焦安静，从云南丽江骑行1370多公里抵达林芝，以1小时22分05秒获得第四名。

D | 7月13日，焦安静从丽江出发，沿滇藏公路骑行，9天跨越1370公里，翻越海拔5100米的东达山垭口，于7月22日凌晨零点零六分抵达林芝。组委会工作人员举着接站牌、献上鲜花哈达，焦安静当场落泪。2025年兰马怀二胎参赛并拿下国内女子冠军，但在孕18周时被迫引产，体重一度飙升至近150斤。从低谷中走出，靠骑行、游泳、慢跑，减肥30多斤，一点点找回状态。

E | 林芝的第四名，是她重生之路上的又一个里程碑。一条赛道，半程皆是风景林芝半马之所以特别，在于它把"专业竞技"与"高原浪漫"融为一体。

F | 赛道沿尼洋河铺设，串联城市风貌、生态湿地与工布人文景观，远眺南迦巴瓦雪山，平均海拔约2900米，累计爬升仅约59米，几乎无陡坡。盛夏内陆酷热难耐，林芝日均气温却只有14–22℃，湿润不燥，是天然的"避暑跑马胜地"。
