四 | 公司诚恳接受来自用户、媒体和社会公众的监督。最初发布视频的网友曾质疑：“你来说说多少才正常？知不知道会造成多少青春期孩子的焦虑？”评论区中，多数网友认为该判定科学性存疑。有网友表示“167cm、50.5kg 很瘦了”，不少网友担忧此类判定可能误导儿童、青少年，催生体重焦虑。小天才官方客服称，该功能由用户录入数据后，系统依据参考国家卫生健康委标准的 BMI 自动生成判定。然而，根据国家卫健委公开资料核算，涉事女孩 BMI 约 18.1。根据儿童青少年超重肥胖判定标准需结合年龄、性别，参照百分位标准，不能仅看身高体重。结合相关学术研究及湖南省儿童医院专家解读，判定还应综合体成分、腰围、体格检查等多项指标。该女孩的 BMI 并未落在青少年超重区间（注：根据国家卫健委标准，成人 BMI 低于 18.5 即为体重过低；儿童青少年超重通常需达到同年龄同性别 BMI 百分位的 85% 以上）。
