B |     快科技8月24日消息，据媒体报道，近日，上海黄浦区一企业向黄浦警方报案称某自媒体博主发布内容为“知名企业上市失败”的不实帖文，对公司声誉造成负面影响。黄浦公安分局网安部门接报后迅速开展调查，锁定了该账号运营者莫某。经查，莫某在网上看到相关公司诉讼纠纷的信息，抱着博眼球的心态、在并未核实真伪的情况下，杜撰“企业上市失败”随后发布在证券投资平台。相关帖文被社交平台自媒体引用、转发，造成一定恶劣影响。最终，莫某因虚构事实扰乱秩序的违法行为被黄浦警方依法处以行政拘留处罚。同时，责令其删除相关内容并进行澄清。    报道还称，经过记者多方核实获悉，该平台企业为小红书。7月下旬，有较多传言称“小红书已于6月底前秘密提交IPO申请”，但因前员工举报其“上市合规”问题而受阻。对此，小红书方面回应：目前流传的IPO相关信息均不属实。

C |     另据了解，今年以来，上海黄浦警方以打造清朗有序营商网络环境为目标，以“广宣传、深发现、严打击、强治理”为工作主线，深入推进打击整治涉企网络谣言等违法犯罪专项行动。截至目前，黄浦分局网安部门已累计侦破涉企网络违法犯罪案件20余起，依法清理涉企网络谣言信息1500余条，关停违法违规账号4.9万余个。其中“知名美妆用品企业关闭所有门店”“某品牌啤酒被检出致癌物”等不实信息发布人都受到了相应的行政处罚。
